If you book a slot online and specify your ideal bike specification, at the end of your ride will have the option to purchase and take home a brand new fully assembled bike!

To be compliant with UK and EU regulations the Bonc bike is limited to the speed limit of 25km/h. If you are planning on using the eBike on private property or outside the EU it is possible to unlock the limiter.

We have a 14-day returns policy. We understand the only way you know a bike is right for you is to ride it! As long as the Bonc is returned in full working condition and no cosmetic damages your refund will be with you in no time! Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
